Looking at this site via the address www.gurth.weebly.com , I see the layout and fonts, etc appear somewhat different to what I see as I work on the editing.  More to the point, there does not seem to be a way for the reader to comment.  So, kindly send any comments to me at [email protected] .

Also feel free to comment on all aspects.  We might as well use the interactive possibilities of the internet now already while I'm still writing the book.  After all, I'm writing it for whoever gets to read it, and therefore to please him as far as practical.
